The IDE chipset core is HPT366 from HighPoint Technologies.
I have the DataSheets already and a card in route to me as of Wednsday
from Fremont Cal.  It is from Triones aka Triton II folks.

It looks hot.............huge fifo and some type of double split channels.
Don't ask what it is, I don't know until I get one in hand.

It looks on paper to be a throttle rocket.
