Yes, I've been looking into that VIA 133A chipset but concluded that it's too new and buggy. That bug Intel discovered in the 820/840 really moved those chipsets out of the picture. RDRAM has also got a lot of unfavorable reviews (and it's pricey!). I am currently running on one 800MHz P3 and 512Mb RAM on a BX chipset. Buying a BX based dual solution has been on my mind but the lack of 133MHz bus and the limited access to slot1 P3's has forced me to reconsider. The point is, I don't want to upgrade the whole system again in three month. I want a system that is quite a bit faster than the old. I figure the best thing I can get for a reasonable amount of money is a dual P3 866 system on a 133MHz bus, 1Gb of ECC RAM and a couple of fast IBM SCSI disks.
