The UnitedLinux 1.0 Service Pack 3 beta, which also
uses a 2.4.21 based kernel, does not have this problem.
Was a bugzilla item opened with RedHat about this?
I haven't tried the RedHat EL3 (taroon) yet,
maybe next week.
