The symbol is exported in netsyms under the following conditions:

#if defined (CONFIG_IPV6_MODULE) || defined (CONFIG_KHTTPD) || defined 
(CONFIG_KHTTPD_MODULE)

Perhaps you could adjust the LiS makefile to refuse to build strinet
unless at least one of these are set (or, better, least complain).
