Yes, please remove the files from your website (including the strinet package
on your site in which they are contained).  (But, I think that I already asked
you to do this.)

Will do.  But I have to ask you this about strinet.  I got that from you.  So are you distributing GPL code without a copy of the GPL as a sort of time bomb?  That is, if strinet lacks a copy of the GPL it is because you failed to distribute it that way in the first place.  So why should that affect my, or anyone's, rights to redistribute that package?
