I remember having those problems with .75 and trying various things, I
managed to make it happen less often, but I think it never disappeared.

I'm now running 3.4.79 (see
http://www.cubieforums.com/index.php?topic=1413.0), and I think that I
haven't noticed the hangs with this kernel.
