While you certainly had time to figure out how to extract dram information, compile a working u-boot and even extract the stock android image from the internal NAND chip, you simply haven't even tried to update the wiki page of your device. If it helps, you might get a lot of information about various drivers from the kernel logs (man dmesg). So that's basically all the info WE could provide you, because you're the one who actually has the device.
