Hi, I am trying to get the latest cubietruck image installed to nand so i can finally go investigate why our sunxi-3.4 kernel is killing recent androids.
I get into fel mode ok, the live/phoenixsuit programs recognize the hw ok, and then, when trying to start things, they both throw in the towel. On a 32bit openSuSE 12.1, with the kernel module installed (which compiled with no issues whatsoever), i am getting: usb 2-1.2: ******* awdev driver v1.3 device opened. ********** ioctl_aw--enter cmd = 1074557699 ioctl_aw--AWUSB_IOCSEND buffer_len=32 Write Whoops - -22 This gets only few google hits, at best, i read "it works on ubuntu!". I dug out an old windows XP installed from amongst my gazillion unichrome based machines, and when i run phoenixsuit there, i get a windows dialog stating: Wait for PnpFesIn timeout! Googling the latter gives me a few reports. People on windows8 are having the same issue, only windows7 works... So, if anyone here has successfully run livesuit, i would like to hear what distribution/version you used, so i can try to verify this, and properly document this as well. Thanks, Luc Verhaegen. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "linux-sunxi" group.
