I was testing on olinuxino micro (a20), maybe it has the same issue as the cb3 and tv-in will never work. From a quick look at the schematics the only difference with marsboard for both boards is the missing input filter, i don't know if that could be the issue....i'm adding Tsvetan on cc maybe he has an answer.
