Hi all, I confirm the driver from "Rodolfo" works on a Marsboard H/W. So, it seems the CB3 I have must be damaged or the TV-In do not work there.
I bought a Marsboard, and it works. The picture is not great, but the driver works. Also, I have fixed a few things to avoid to use the "application" to set things up. Now, it works out of the box with ffmpeg.
