ftape w/T-3000 on 2.2.0

I just got a chance to pick up a T-3000 pretty reasonable.

I hope someone on this list wouldn't mind yea-ing or nay-ing me on
whether or not I could expect it to work smoothly with ftape under 2.2.x
Linux.
