RH 5.2 - new compile 2.0.36 (no ftape)
Iomega 2GB internal
I downloaded the .rpm file and installed - won't work
I downloaded the source.tar and did make & install - still get no response.
.. been through the MCONFIG file (and readme, and install and...)(then did make)
lsmod shows ftape.o zftape.o etc
ftape-tool can't see the drive, mt -f /dev/every-ft-something either.
I've missed a comma somewhere...
Helpppppppppppppppp!!!!
