Well, after playing around I got windows to use the following:

IRQ: 5
DMA: 1
IO: 2A0

And now I get this.

   Wakeup method : Motor-on
And a description of your tape drive
to the ftape maintainer

Looks like i did something right, I will email the maintainor now.
