Problem with Ditto Max Pro

I use ftape 4.02 , kernel 2.0.35, slackware. The Ditto max pro is
connected to its own board Dash.
Everything works correctly in DOS.
I configured it with isapnp, but ftape doens't find anything.
Has anyone written a step by step  guide to use such a drive with ftape?
