Dominic -
It is interesting that you have taken the lead in letting Iomega know of
your dissatisfaction with their customer service, but I am afraid that
your efforts will fall upon deaf ears. Iomega has disolved their Ditto
division and Tecmar Technologies now owns the product brand.
Additionally, the product managers at Tecmar have assured me that they
are going to work hard to see that all NEW Ditto products will work
properly and are supported under Linux. Unfortunately, they are not
will to go to bat for the old, Iomega products, because there are just
too many unsolvable problems with the devices.
