Perhaps it would be easier if you included the relevant log file
extracts ... there should be some entries that could pinpoint
the error more closely.

PS: while you are at it, please tell your mailer not to send HTML
--- this doubles and triples the message size needlessly and
many people have to pay the phone and provider by the minute,
so downloading the mail costs more than neccessary. Thanks.
