Seagate TapStor 3200

Hi

I would like to know if the Seagate TapStore 3200 (QIC 3020 compatible)
on parallel port works under linux 2.0.36.

I've never used tape before and I don't know how set up the kernel and
the system.
What kind of software for automatic and manual backup could we use ?
