The io, irq and dma settings are not deterimined by the drive, but by the
controller.  I have one of these drives, but it came with a Ditto Dash
accelerator card. 

I believe that with the FDC, you can use the defaults in MCONFIG.  I have
done so with an older Colorado drive which uses the FDC.
