I've have been trying to install Ftape 4.02. I am using a modified version
of the redhat 5.2 distribution that has the 2.2.5 kernel installed. I
tried to use the version of ftape that comes with this kernel, but it is
only version 3 (despite what the official ftape site says -
http://www.math1.rwth-aachen.de/~heine/ftape/archives/ftape-4.x/ftape-manual/html/Installation.html).
The error i get on 'make' is: fdc-io.c:433: structure has no member named
`timeout'.
Any help for this issue is GREATLY appreciated. I have not subscribed to
the mailing list to minimize the annoying impact this thread could make,
