Funny, I keep posting replies to these pleas for help with ftape and
my post never seem to make it to the list....wonder why
My experience with ftape is such that it can never keep up with the
kernel release and libraries. I've personally smoked over 60 hours
dicking around with ftape and finally threw away ALL my floppy based
tape drives and went SCSI - I swore I'd never, ever, dick with ftape
again - last 2 cents....I swore off linuxconf as well.
If I could just get off this mailing list....
