No way to configure a Exabyte QIC 3020 on parallel port

I give up to configure my Exabyte QIC3020. I think is not compatible
with neither with trakker or bpck-fdc.

I think that ztape is not able to create the Virtual Device and I got a
-1. If anybody has successfully configured
this tape I will appreciate some feedback.
