There is nothing we can do short of *faking your address* and
*faking a mail from you* to tell majordomo to remove you.
However, you can send a mail to
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
with the body of
unsubscribe linux-tape
. The subject is ignored. That should get you off the list
well and clean.
It may be that someone forwards/bounces you the mails, then
that will fail, but the *complete* header will show the
Initiated (like your Sysadmin) who is at fault.
On a tangent, you could filter these mails into their own
mailfolder, using procmail.
