I have been having trouble getting my Colorado 350 floppy tape drive to work since it got moved to a new box with an ASUS P5A-B m/b and an AMD K6-2/350 CPU. After playing around with various things, I thought perhaps there wa just something about the onboard FDC that the tape drive didn't like. So I disabled the onboard FDC, put an FDC in the ISA bus, and it works. Any of you hardware gurus have any idea why this might be so? Ron Keller
