The license on the WhiteHeat firmware is GPL.  ConnectTech has been very
supportive of Linux development.  I understand that you are worried
about the Keyspan firmware license, but please don't push those feelings
over to companies like ConnectTech, or to the keyspan_pda firmware,
which is also GPLed.
