I have fixed some bugs that prevented the use of usbide under kernels > 2.4.1. There was a problem with spinlocks that went unnoticed under kernels up to 2.4.1 but started causing system hangs with newer kernels. I made a few tests under 2.4.1-pre9 2.4.2 2.4.3 and now it seems to work ok.
