G'day all,
For better or worse, I have just made a new CVS directory for the EHCI code
that
I basically stole off David Brownell. I have done a little hacking on it (but
no
testing with USB 2.0 devices), and it worked with 2.4.3-ac14. See
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/linux-usb/hcd/ - especially
the
README.
Naturally, you can do an anonymous checkout with
cvs -d:pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvsroot/linux-usb
login
(Hit enter as the password)
cvs -d:pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvsroot/linux-usb co
hcd
I have a Cypress card coming tomorrow (Fedex tried to deliver it today), so
I'm
going to pull the OrangeMicro card out tonight, and Fedex the lot to Deti.
That ends my EHCI development / testing until I get another card.
If you have time and suitable hardware (you don't need a USB 2.0 device,
though
it would definately help), I ask that you test and improve the code.
Thanks to Dave for the work on this, and to OrangeMicro, IOGEAR and Cypress
for
the hardware donations!
Brad
