Right: both uhci and usb-uhci gain about 7-8% with depth first compared to
breadth first - for 2k transfer at least. Don't now what the remaining
2-3% are - might be helper QH's or similar.
Anyway, I agree in most cases a few percent bandwidth gain are less
important than the loss of fairness due to depth first. YMMV of course.
