It's in CVS at sourceforge. Behaves fine for EHCI, but nothing else is
using it yet. OHCI should be an easy cutover, but that'd be a 2.5 issue.
I don't know of any current issues with that HCD code; it's ready for
use with other HC drivers, that'll surely turn up new issues!

EHCI behaves, but not many folk have USB 2.0 devices yet. Though
perhaps I should submit that code to Alan's tree -- I think I saw a config
entry for it, maybe I was imagining that.
I could see packaging the HCD code-sharing for maybe a tree that's
more development-oriented, which is either Alan's tree or 2.5 ...
