Hi,

i think there you are right - without the workaround the camera(s)
worked great.

But i get nothing from the webcam - also no corrupted image :( - just
the

Apr 28 13:02:09 blah kernel: cpia.c:parse_picture(1947):EOL not found
giving up after 1350/81428 bytes.

And because the cpia driver is in the kernel source and the problem
seems to be the amd viper usb controller, i dont know who to ask except
this list.
