I would guess 2^31-1 in total, at least for bulk transfers. bulks are
automatically split up into pipesize'd transfers, for isochronous you have
to explicitely specify the length for each frame (<1024), there is a maximum
of "schedule-ahead" of about 0.9s (may depend a bit on the HCD), thus about
900k are useful. If you have problems: Only use kmalloc'ed memory, static or
stack memory may fail.
