Bulk transfers don't have a limit beyond "the biggest contiguous
memory buffer you can allocate with kmalloc()".  (Or maybe I
should say __get_free_pages() ...)

ISO transfers have limits imposed by USB.  Look at sections
5.6 and 5.9.2 of the USB 2.0 specification (and look at the
errata for table 5.5, for highspeed ISO).
