        If you're referring to the comments in
linux-2.5.1-pre10/arch/arm/sa1100/dma-sa1111.c, those comments indicate
that that's a chip bug and only applies to the audio controller.

        If it really were the case that the USB host controller on
an sa1101 could only access the first megabyte, then I think it might
still be worth defining appropriate macros so that other architectures
that do not have this problem would not have to use kmalloc/kfree
unnecessarily.

        Thanks for the pointer though.  I will look into it some more.
