Some bluetooth devices need an extra long time to startup properly. Take a look at the delay patch that was posted here a few days ago and see if that fixes your problem. Ugh, not _another_ usb bluetooth driver, what is that, somewhere around 4? Come on people, why keep reinventing the same stack. BlueZ is quite good, and if you don't like that, OpenBT works. And if you don't like either of those, Nokia open sourced their stack too. So, what's that 3 GPL Bluetooth stacks?
