Should they be moved to drivers/net and drivers/media/video instead? I mean, no one would think to look for the tulip driver under drivers/pci/net. Then again, I'd hate to lose you as my upstream maintainer ;-) Incidentally, I'm about to split ov511.c into ~10 files to simplify maintenance. That would almost have critical mass for its own directory (the same might be said for pwc). I just looked at RedHat's 2.4.9-31 kernel, and was surprised to see that they have already given ov511 its own directory (under drivers/usb).
