I saw much the same with usb-ohci and ohci-hcd... my conclusion was that there's some problem in the video layer. The video drivers didn't compile for a long time due to the V4L changes; maybe they compile now but don't yet work. With cpia_usb, the first try blocked in "down_i"(nterruptible) but I could ^C ... the second blocked forever in "down" and wedged other parts of USB when I unplugged the device. - Dave _______________________________________________________________ Have big pipes?
