hello i'm trying to use a homebrew USB device (based on FTIs chip FT245). Device should be recognised by the kernel from 2.4.18. I get this: [dmesg] hub.c: USB new device connect on bus3/1, assigned device number 2 usb_control/bulk_msg: timeout usb-uhci.c: interrupt, status 2, frame# 1008 usb.c: USB device not responding, giving up (error=-84)
i have these modules loaded regarding USB: usb-uhci 24452 0 (unused) usbcore 73216 1 [usb-uhci] By connecting other USB devices everything works. OTOH, by connecting my USB device to the win98, xp host the device gets detected! regards, himba __________________________________________________________________ The NEW Netscape 7.0 browser is now available.
