After reading that I realized my patch doesn't pass the BW reservation to
the next queued interrupt URB...oops!

Since there's that bug, and the big patch I sent should be smaller
patches, would you guys like me to re-send the patch, but with that change
and more seperated into smaller patches?  (After I update my pine mailer,
of course ;)
