It is possible that the dumping code has a bug. It is possible that your userspace driver has a bug. However unless you based your userspace driver off my dumping code, the same bug is pretty unlikely.
On this basis, I'd suggest something in your device firmware is wrong. You could check this by enabling some of the debugging options in the host controller driver.
