_You_ have developed that device? What USB chipset do you use? What
processor, what operation system...?

I got some experience in developing devices with Philips USB chipsets
PDIUSBD12 and ISP1181, and got through a time where "I didn't get an
interrupt", but that's solved. So go on and tell us more details about the
hardware. As Brad Hards said: Did you already try to connect to a Windows
system or other than Linux?
