Generally speaking, there is no such animal (this also explains
why PCMCIA USB adapters do not exist). Phillips makes a silicon
which potentially can be used (isp1601 or some such), but to
the best of my knowledge nobody makes a board with it, if you
do not count the Phillips evaluation kit.
