hello, Ok .. this is a repost. I got a USB modem with no driver for linux (searched far and wide). Now I want to write a driver for it. I got SnoopyPro on my Win2k machine and read a couple of brief tutorials on writing USB drivers. But still can't figure out where to start for writing a modem driver.
What part of the communication is propreitary here that I need to decipher from sniffing the communication between the Win2k box and the modem?
