I have a new device that I am going to be writing a driver for. The device
supposedly works fine as there are windows drivers for it.

I get the following in my syslog with CONFIG_USB_DEBUG turned on:
Jul 18 12:42:58 arctic kernel: hub.c: port 1, portstatus 100, change 0, 12 Mb/s
Jul 18 12:42:58 arctic kernel: hub.c: port 2, portstatus 100, change 0, 12 Mb/s

Which just continues on until the device is unplugged. Nothing appears
in /proc/bus/usb/devices when the device is plugged in.

Has anyone seen this before?
