Hi all,
I'm looking for a USB sniffer for linux; but i found in google only sniffer
USB for Windows (as usbsnoopy).
Does anybody know any USB sniffer sofware working under linux?
A USB sniffer under Linux doesn't make much sense.
Think about why you need a sniffer...

I think a USB sniffer under Linux makes excellent sense.
I have on several occasions used tcpdump and similar programs
to study the ethernet traffic between two Linux machines.
Of course one can fix bugs in the kernel code by reading
all kernel code, but often it is quicker to have an
independent and more direct window on what is happening.

If someone adds support for a USB sniffer so that programs like ethereal
can be used for taking traces, and decoding output, that would
probably be enough for most people.
Cheers
James
