Huh .. I guess some bits rotted, I know that once worked right.
I just saw it too; looks like some memory got freed too early.

On the other hand, for some reason 2.4.23-pre5 "usb-ohci" thought
it was being rudely unplugged (and also misbehaved) when I just
did "telinit 2", so there's more than enough wierdness to make
you cautious with one of those cardbus controllers on 2.4 ...


I only got a cardbus ehci-hcd

Then it'd be a curious product if it didn't have some kind of companion full-speed controller. Every cardbus device I've seen is a NEC controller, EHCI + 2 OHCI.

It's got to support full speed devices without an
external high speed hub, and it's cheaper to use
off-the-shelf "companion controller" solutions ...
