This patch updates the Makefile to show that the raw_bulk.[ch] files are no longer needed.
Greg, please apply this patch and remove the raw_bulk.[ch] files.

As a result of the last round of changes, the raw_bulk source files aren't
needed any more. They can be deleted and the Makefile changed
accordingly.
