Hi Greg,

You've asked the right question!

After checking out that all tranfers where on port 0, I've found the 
problem in minicom. If you select a new port (like /dev/ttyUSB1) it
seems you have to
close and reopen minicom to use the new port.

The usbserial works without any problems now (just setting new
vendor/product ids)
