Is there a USB conformance test suit that runs under Linux.

Nothing officially blessed by USB-IF, but in 2.6 there's "usbtest":

http://www.linux-usb.org/usbtest

has some old info. (There are more tests now, etc.)

That doesn't cover everything a conformance suite would cover,
and covers things a conformance suite wouldn't, but if your
hosts (and devices!) work well with that, that'll at least
mean fewer problems when you run the tests USB-IF blesses.
