Hi all, i have trouble to get my SD card in an 6in1 card reader working, mount hangs, even a 'cat /dev/sdc >file' results in an 'Input/Output error'. While my CF cards run without problem on the system, the USB hardware is OK. Same thing happens also with a different card reader. Currently using KU6in1. The Kernel is brandnew: 2.6.1-rc3 #4 Fri Jan 9
If anybody needs more debugging, i can help, i am software developer. Would be nice to hear something, Thanks Eckhard dmesg shows: usb-storage: usb_stor_bulk_transfer_buf: xfer 13 bytes usb-storage: command_abort called usb-storage: usb_stor_stop_transport called usb-storage: -- cancelling URB usb-storage: Status code -104; transferred 0/13 usb-storage: -- transfer cancelled usb-storage: Bulk status result = 4 usb-storage: -- command was aborted usb-storage: usb_stor_Bulk_reset called usb-storage: usb_stor_control_msg: rq=ff rqtype=21 value=0000 index=00 len=0 drivers/usb/host/uhci-hcd.c: uhci_result_control() failed with status 195007ff [dfd6a240] link (1fd6a1e2) element (12a25080) Element != First TD 0: [d2a25040] link (12a25080) e3 Length=7 MaxLen=7 DT0 EndPt=0 Dev=3, PID=2d(SETUP) (buf=1fd53020) 1: [d2a25080] link (00000001) e3 IOC Stalled Babble Length=7ff MaxLen=7ff DT1 EndPt=0 Dev=3, PID=69(IN) (buf=00000000) usb-storage: Soft reset failed: -75 usb-storage: scsi command aborted bash-2.05b$ uname -a Linux linux 2.6.1-rc3 #4 Fri Jan 9 01:34:13 CET 2004 i686 AMD Duron(tm) processor AuthenticAMD GNU/Linux
