With my tests I tried it down to 240, 128 and 64. 240 was not working at all.
128 and 64 worked with USB verbose debug compiled in. Without the
debug output, it failed with all values. I will test if 32 without debug will
help.l


Note: This _will_ reduce your throughput.  But if it keeps the device
working, then it's worth it.

In my case throughput is not a great deal (DVD writer). I think I need to deliver at least 2MByte/s to keep the drive happy (1x speed). BTW this is why I can't use the uhci driver, it's just too slow.
