True, that should do it. Currently, plain linux-2.6.2 almost works when
just reloading uhci-hcd, usbfs gets seriously confused, but the ALSA usb 
audio module finds the card and appears works fine.

With the gadget-2.6 tree as of Wednesday, my dfu-loader (it's in userspace)
hangs after reset in devio.c:driver_disconnect() when trying to lock the
semaphore, probably as a result of usbfs getting confused when the device
disappeared (though I'm just guessing here, I'll hopefully have more time
to investigate during the weekend). The usb core seems to handle the change
well though, at least it claims to have realised that the device got new
firmware.
